What couples actually ask.

How far in advance should we book?
For weddings, 60–90 days is ideal — especially May through October. Prestige bookings often lock in 4–6 months out because of the custom drink design timeline. We do accept rush bookings (under 30 days) when capacity allows, with no surcharge.
Do you charge per cup or per drink?
No. Every package is unlimited within the service window. Your guests can return as many times as they like — we plan capacity so no one waits more than 90 seconds. The price you see is the price you pay.
What if our guest count changes?
Tell us by 14 days out. If your guest count grew significantly into the next tier, we'll let you know whether to upgrade. If it shrunk, no change to your price — but you keep the full service. We'd rather you have leftovers than a line.
What's included in setup and cleanup?
Everything. We arrive 90 minutes before service, set up the cart, calibrate equipment, dial in the espresso, and stage the menu. After service, we break down within 30 minutes and leave the space spotless. No setup fees. No cleanup fees. No equipment rentals to add on later.
Can you travel outside Dallas / Plano?
Yes. Within 20 miles of Plano, travel is included. Beyond that we charge a flat travel fee — quoted transparently before you book, no surprises. We've served events in Fort Worth, Frisco, McKinney, Allen, and the Hill Country.
What does the satisfaction guarantee actually mean?
If on the day of your event we don't deliver the experience promised in your contract — late arrival, equipment failure, drinks below our standard — we either refund the package in full, OR we deliver a complimentary second event for you within 12 months. Your choice. In writing on every contract.
